Radio Tacoma Benefit: An Evening with Anne Feeney & Dana Lyons

“Anne Feeney is the best labor singer in North America" - Utah Phillips Internationally known, Pittsburgh-based agitator and singer-songwriter, Anne Feeney performs music designed to “comfort the afflicted and afflict the comfortable.” Her music focuses on labor issues, immigration, womens rights and social justice in all its forms.

Dana Lyons is a singer/songwriter best known for his hit comedy song “Cows With Guns” which reached #2 on the Australian Country Charts and was on Ireland’s top 40 for over six months.  Dana is a long time environmental and social justice activist and has toured raising money and awareness for many causes around the world. On tour currently with his 9th CD “The Great Salish Sea”, Dana is touring to raising awareness about the dangers of the proposed oil and coal export to the orcas and to the Salish Sea.
