David Cobb in Tacoma

Founding member of Move to Amend David Cobb is visiting IBEW 76 in Tacoma to reveal the origins of corporate power in America and inspire activism for I-735. David’s presentation will help us understand how we can work together to abolish corporate person-hood and establish a government of, by, and for the people.

David is a lawyer and political activist. David has sued corporate polluters, lobbied elected officials, run for political office himself, and has been arrested for non-violent civil disobedience. He truly believes we must use ALL the tools in the toolbox to affect the systemic social change we so desperately need.

David is coming to the area on behalf of the Washington Coalition to Amend the Constitution (WAmend) which is sponsoring Initiative 735. This a great opportunity to hear an outstanding speaker and to be inspired to take action for the future!
